Summer COVID-19 Vaccine Pop Up Clinics

Austin ISD’s goal is to get as many students vaccinated as possible before the new school year. The COVID-19 vaccine pop-up clinics are open to students, staff, family/community members ages 12 and older and do not require registration.

Physical Forms

Paredes Families,  If your student is planning on joining any physical activities this upcoming year, a physical is required to participate. These forms can be found by clicking either of the links below. We also have them available on campus in the main office.  Thank you.
